Ready to Peak

FTP training

FTP training: more watts through the right training structure.

A higher FTP doesn't come from random intervals, but from a plan that connects intensity, recovery and progression.

Together we build a system that starts from your current fitness and makes you stronger step by step.

Approach

How your FTP coaching works

Good FTP development comes from how training is steered, not from a single test. That's our focus.

1

Find your starting point

Together we look at your training history, your current fitness and your goals.

2

Set your training zones

Based on your numbers we build a plan with well-matched intensities and load.

3

Do the training

You train with a structured plan and get regular feedback on your progress.

4

Review progress

Your training data helps us shape the next block around your current level.

Honest and transparent

We don't offer lab-based performance testing. Instead we use proven field tests and your training data to steer your training individually.

Your coach

Simon Janßen

Simon doesn't just measure your FTP. He helps you get more out of your current fitness. Through systematic training he raised his own FTP from around 200 to more than 300 watts. That experience goes straight into his coaching.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer lab-based performance testing?

No. We use proven field tests and your training data to steer your training individually. Our focus is on what you do with your current fitness.

Do I need a power meter?

A power meter helps a lot, but it isn't required to start. What matters is a realistic picture of your fitness and a system you can actually follow.
