Triathlon coaching

Triathlon coaching: three sports, one plan, your best race.

Swim, bike and run in one plan that fits your life. From your first sprint triathlon to middle and full distance.

Three sports, strength training, recovery and a full calendar: triathlon rarely fails because of willpower, it fails because of planning. Together we build a season in which every session has its place and you arrive fresh at the start line.

Three sports. One plan. One goal.

Three sports, one plan

Swim, bike and run sessions fit together, including brick sessions. Load and recovery are managed across all three disciplines.

Clear targets

Watts on the bike, pace on the run and in the water, heart rate as a check. Workouts go straight to Garmin, Wahoo and Zwift.

Strength and fueling

Strength training for endurance athletes and a fueling plan for training and racing, so you don't run out of energy on the run.

Race plan and taper

Pacing, fueling and transitions are planned in advance. In the final weeks, the taper makes sure you arrive in top form.

2

Plan the season

Base, build and race phases are aimed at your A race; B and C races become fitness checks along the way.

3

Train and review

Strava syncs your sessions, Simon gives feedback and adjusts the plan week by week.

FAQ

Is the coaching suitable for beginners?

Which devices and apps are supported?

Workouts can be exported to Garmin, Wahoo and Zwift, and completed sessions arrive in the app automatically via Strava.
