Road cycling coaching

Road cycling coaching: more structure, more power, more joy in training.

Whether it's an after-work ride, an alpine pass or your next sportive: progress doesn't come from more kilometres, it comes from the right decisions at the right time.

Together we build a training system that fits your schedule, your current level and your goals. With structured planning, personal coaching and a clear view of what actually makes you faster.

Performance doesn't come from more training. It comes from better training.

Structure instead of chance

Every training week builds on the one before. That creates long-term progress instead of short-term fatigue.

Build power with purpose

Endurance, threshold and high-intensity sessions fit together and are based on your current level.

Training that fits your life

A good training plan doesn't just work on paper; it works between job, family and free time.

Personal coaching

Regular feedback, adjustments and direct contact keep your training alive and let it develop with your progress.

Your coach

Simon Janßen

As a cardio trainer and passionate endurance athlete, Simon knows from experience how much a clear training structure matters. Through systematic training he raised his own FTP from around 200 to more than 300 watts. That experience goes straight into his coaching.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a power meter?

A power meter is ideal, but heart rate, perceived exertion and good training logs can be enough to get started.

Can race preparation be included?

Yes. Your target race, course profile, time budget and recovery windows are built into the plan and adjusted as you go.
